CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Change management is a structured process that addresses the people side of change. I use ProSci change management tools to assess the situation and help people engage and adapt to the change.

COACHING

Coaching is a process that helps people to explore and challenge current ways of thinking, feeling and acting. This then makes it clear what changes will be most effective to succeed. I use executive coaching and neurolinguistic programming coaching tools to help individuals and groups find their potential. 

TRAINING AND FACILITATION

Training and facilitation helps people gain, retain, and apply knowledge and skills. As well as learning from me, I recognise the importance of people learning from each other and having opportunities to apply their learning to real situations. I use training and education tools to make sure I meet the learning needs. I can also use facilitation to help ensure that meetings achieve their outcomes, particularly when they focus on strategy.

PSYCHOMETRIC PROFILING

Psychometric profiling is a tool that explores peoples patterns of thoughts, feelings and actions. This can help to understand our differences so that we can better connect with others. I use Clarity 4D profiling tools to help people identify areas of strength and development for self and when working with others.
